What is included in a We Are Knitters kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to complete your project: premium wool or yarn skeins, 100% beechwood knitting needles, the specific pattern for your design, a small sewing needle, and a We Are Knitters embroidered label.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for domestic orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.
I am a complete beginner. Can I use your kits?
Absolutely! We categorize our kits by difficulty level: Beginner, Easy, Intermediate, and Advanced. Our beginner kits include clear instructions and we offer video tutorials on our website to guide you through every stitch.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for quality control, we cannot accept returns on kits that have been partially started or yarn that has been unwound.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Sustainability is at our core. Our wool is 100% natural, our needles are made from FSC-certified beechwood, and our packaging is recycled and reusable to minimize our environmental footprint.
