At We Are Knitters, we want you to love your DIY projects; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused yarn, needles, or kits back in their original brown paper packaging, ensuring all labels remain intact and the materials are protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
